The department operates from offices in Porth and Bridgend covering cases throughout South Wales.

The team

The partner in charge of the criminal law department is Paul Hinton.

Our team includes partners and senior solicitors, who collectively have several years of experience in criminal law.

The benefits to our clients

• KTP Solicitors hold a criminal law contract with the Criminal Defence Service, enabling those who are eligible to have access to legal aid. If you are not eligible, we can discuss and facilitate the funding of your case on a private basis. If you are subsequently successful, it may be possible for you to recover the whole of your defence costs.
